Title: Options Trading using the RoToR Payoff Diagrams® -- It’s all Greek to me!

Options Greeks are one of the most fascinating aspects of options trading, and probably cause the most headaches for those starting out learning options.

It is not expected, and of little value, to know the formula for the Greeks. However, understanding how options behave when the key factors, the underlying Instrument’s price movement and volatility, changes with time is crucial. With this knowledge, the changes in the Greeks of each individual leg and the overall position Greeks are well understood and used to the trader’s advantage.

In this fun interactive session, Paul McLaren will demonstrate the Greeks of common option strategies using the advantages inherent in the RoToR Payoff Diagrams®, showing the relationship between the different Greeks and clearly illustrating the linkages to other essential options concepts.

Then, by using the Volume At Price (VAP) indicator, Paul will show how VAP can be combined with simple technical analysis concepts such as support and resistance to assist with the choice of strategy and strike price selection.

Finally, using the RoToR Payoff Diagrams® model, some of the common pitfalls in options trading are addressed.
