You need a SVOG account to:
Receive email notifications of upcoming meetings.
When you create a SVOG account you are automatically added to our email list.
Register to attend meetings.
This applies to online meetings via Zoom, but will also apply to in person meetings.
Access the Content Library.
This gives you access to recordings of the meetings and other information that may be available.
NOTE: Once you have created an account, you must Sign In to 1) register for a meeting, 2) enter an online meeting from the website, 3) access a recording of a meeting, and 4) access other information in the Content Library.
Click here to create a new account. A new window will open.
Enter you first name, last name, email address and password.
Use your real name. Do not use initials or aliases.
Note: If you are already receiving emails from us, use that SAME email address to create your account.
Click on Create Account at the bottom of the sign up page.
A confirmation email will then be sent to you. You MUST click on the Confirm My Account link in the email in order to finish creating your account. The link will expire 1 hour after it has been sent. Clicking on the Confirm My Account link in the email will send you to the Schedule page of the website and you will be signed in.
When you are signed in you will see a box at the top right of the Schedule and Calendar pages with your first name. Click on this box to see a menu including options to edit your profile and to Logout.
We are primarily a "local" group that has expanded to include others outside of our local area. Especially once we start having in person meetings again, it is important for us to know the geographical location of our members.
Click on the box with your first name at the top right of the page and select My Profile.
Alternatively click here to go to My Profile.
Enter your location (city, state and country). (Outside of US: city and country)
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Update Account.
Your account creation process is now complete.
